On Wednesday 4th February, the entire Year 10 cohort took part in a full day of mock interviews, designed to help students develop confidence, communication skills and an understanding of real-world recruitment processes.
Year 11 Build Skills and Confidence Through PET-Xi Intervention Week
Last week, the Upper Academy welcomed PET-Xi to deliver a series of targeted intervention workshops for Year 11 students in English, Maths and Science.
On Thursday 29th January, Year 11 students were presented with certificates to recognise and celebrate the commitment, responsibility and skills they demonstrated during their Year 10 work experience placements last school year.
Holocaust Memorial Day: Year 11 Students Take Part in Reflective Activities
With Holocaust Memorial Day taking place on Tuesday 27 January, Year 11 students engaged in activities aimed at deepening their understanding of the importance of remembrance, while encouraging thoughtful discussion and creativity.
Careers Pro: Helping Your Child Explore Future Pathways
We are pleased to share that students and parents/carers now have access to Careers Pro, an interactive online platform designed to help young people explore future career pathways with confidence.
On Wednesday 17th December, our Sixth Form students had the privilege of welcoming the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance team, who visited to launch the CPR Smart campaign.
