We are delighted that you are considering The Basildon Academies Sixth Form as your next destination.

Application Deadline:

  • Applications close on Friday, 27th March, 2026 at midnight. Late applications will not be accepted.

Admissions Route 2026

Our sixth form offers two distinct pathways;

  1. The Advanced Pathway (A Levels):
  • This pathway is open to students who achieve a minimum of a grade 4 in both English and Maths.
  • A Level subjects have additional entry requirements, which can be found on our website.
  1. The Engage Pathway:
  • Designed as a resit pathway, this option allows students to study a Level 1 or Level 2 qualification alongside resitting their English and/or Maths exams.

Application Timeline (For September 2026)

  • Applications Close: 27th March 2026 (midnight).

  • Interviews: Ongoing throughout the academic year.

  • Enrolment: On GCSE results day, Thursday 20th August. (Further details will follow.)

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your choice of subject, we cannot guarantee to run a subject if the demand for it is too low.
