Year 10 Students Take on Go Ape Reward Trip

Last week, Year 10 students enjoyed an exciting reward trip to Go Ape after demonstrating outstanding commitment throughout the school year.

Students were selected based on their excellent attendance of over 95% and achieving the highest number of credits. The trip provided a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their hard work and dedication, while enjoying a day filled with fun, challenge and teamwork.

Throughout the day, students successfully completed the high ropes course and took part in a range of team-building activities. Despite the wet weather, they approached every challenge with enthusiasm, resilience and determination, supporting one another every step of the way.

The trip was a well-deserved reward and a memorable experience for all involved, with many students pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones and overcoming personal fears.

"I had so much fun, even though it was terrifying! I was really excited to do the obstacles, but when I started, I doubted myself and thought I couldn't do it. However, I did it, and I had fun while doing it. After the first one, I was even more excited to complete the rest of the course. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I'm glad I was able to overcome my fears and self-doubt."Janna.M

"It was so scary at first. When I went on the first zip line, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. After the second one, I absolutely loved it." Summer.C

"I really enjoyed the zip line. I think we were a bit unlucky with the rainy weather, but other than that, I had a great time."Kaci.C

"The different levels were fun and challenging, and the fact that it was raining added to the experience. We had a great time together and it was a really enjoyable day. It was also great for teamwork, and although the rain made it more challenging, we both really enjoyed it." Bobby.K and Chloe.G
